Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector
- Research potential clients and market trends
- Promote IT products/services to prospective clients
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual/in-person)
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution delivery
- Track sales performance and maintain CRM records
- Support digital marketing initiatives (SEO, campaigns, content)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of IT products/services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or experience in IT sales/marketing
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud solutions, or software services
