Eligibility:

Graduate (any stream)

Minimum 6 months BPO experience (Inbound/Outbound)

Good communication skills

Comfortable with customer handling & sales pitch

Shift Timings:

Between 6:30 AM – 8:30 PM

9-hour rotational shifts

Working Days:

5 days working

2 rotational week offs

Salary Details:

CTC: 32,000

In-hand: 26,000 approx

Handle inbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries efficiently
