Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented In-house Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop client relationships to increase sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of the product to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on client needs and trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
