Import & Export Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations for medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Global Logistics & Distribution teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Analyze operational performance and develop reports to measure and improve efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, including DGFT, Customs, Banking, Letter of Credit, and FEMA regulations.
• Handle full import operations across air, sea, and courier modes, including pre-alert follow-ups, bill of entry approvals, duty payment coordination, and timely clearance.
• Execute export and re-export operations, including document preparation, shipping bill filing, freight negotiation, EP release processing, drawback refunds, and accurate record-keeping.
• Communicate effectively with sales teams, customers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders; prepare regulatory clarification letters as needed.
• Perform independent analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
