Import & Export Executive

• Manage end-to-end Import & Export operations for medical devices across air, sea, and courier modes.

• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, Banking, Letter of Credit, and FEMA regulations.

• Coordinate with global logistics and distribution teams.

• Prepare regulatory documents, shipping bills, and handle duty payments, EP release, and drawback refunds.

• Analyze performance, prepare MIS reports, and proactively identify operational risks.

• Communicate effectively with sales teams, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and customers regarding import/export procedures.
