Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation of SaaS products for multiple clients across projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions
• Manage multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously with strong prioritization
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Identify challenges and provide effective problem-solving strategies
• Ensure smooth adoption of cloud-based applications by end users
• Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on customer success
