Roles & Responsibilities:
• Connect with clients via calls to understand implementation requirements
• Schedule meetings for the Implementation Executives with clients
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth implementation
• Manage and guide a team to ensure daily slot booking and scheduling targets are achieved
• Ensure team members fill their assigned slots by aligning candidates/clients with the implementation team
• Track daily progress, follow-ups, and completion status of scheduled implementations
• Maintain proper records of client communication and scheduled meetings
• Ensure timely execution and client satisfaction throughout the implementation process
