Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer voice calls
• Follow up on pending issues and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Flexibility to work rotational weekly offs
• Good problem-solving and customer handling abilities
