Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Assist in the negotiation of job offers and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
