Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft products and services to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft product features and updates.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in a technical support or IT role, preferably with Microsoft products.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office suite applications.
• Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
