Job Description
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and develop
- creative concepts for brand-related communications.
- Create original illustrations, graphics, and designs that effectively communicate the brands
- message and engage the target audience.
- Design visually appealing marketing collaterals such as banners, social media posts,
- brochures, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and continuity across all
- design assets.
- Keep up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and technological
- advancements to continually enhance the quality and impact of designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and marketing professionals,
- to ensure the visual representation aligns with the brands messaging and objectives.
- Eligibility
- Graduate, with a Bachelors/PG Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in illustration and graphic design, including a range of
- styles and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, composition, colour theory, and typography.
- Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into visually appealing and impactful
- illustrations and designs.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring designs align with brand
- guidelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
- teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
