ICFR Technology Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Lead ITGC and ICFR implementation, testing, and continuous improvement
• Manage end-to-end IT risk assessments and remediation strategies
• Serve as SME on InfoSec, audit frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with finance and tech to align IT controls with business risks

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct and enhance SOX/IT control design and assurance reviews
• Translate technical risks into business context and compliance needs
• Guide multiple workstreams and deliver timely governance outputs
• Build internal consensus across locations and leadership levels
