Role Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot install/upgrade and system issues
• Perform system maintenance including IPL and hardware upgrades
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
• Analyze dumps and debug software issues

Job Requirements:

• Expertise in z/OS operations and tools
• Strong command over JCL, SMP/E, and storage utilities
• Exposure to BCP/DR activities and mainframe DevOps
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
