IBM Sterling Filegateway

Key Responsibilities

• Manage file transfers using IBM Sterling Filegateway, Global Mailbox, and related technologies.
• Perform installation, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance activities for IBM Sterling solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to IBM Sterling components, system performance, and network connectivity.
• Work with Fortra Globalscape and GoAnywhere solutions.
• Monitor and provide on-call support for 24/7 operational requirements.
• Collaborate with global internal customers and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation for installations, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Utilize Linux and Windows commands for system administration tasks.
• Optionally, develop automation scripts using Python or PowerShell for operational tasks.
