IBM BPM Developer

Experience Required

• 6+ years broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions.
• Experience in migrating from IBM BPM to IBM BAW is value add.
• Technical Skills: BPM/BAW (BPEL, BPMN) and JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP JSON, IBM BAW REST Calls
• Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment.
• Workflow design principles
• Proactive, customer-focused, solutions-oriented, analytical
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English
