I&D Specialist (Internal Communications Specialist)
Job Description
•Support project management and execution of Inclusion & Diversity initiatives across the organization
•Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to update company websites and content
•Develop and track metrics to measure effectiveness of communication initiatives
•Manage and update I&D content on intranet and internal platforms
•Identify risks in projects and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery
•Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
•Research industry best practices and provide insights for I&D strategy improvement
•Lead and manage communication and events for celebration and awareness initiatives
•Support governance meetings including scheduling, presentations, and documentation
•Collaborate with social media teams to create and manage I&D content and campaigns
•Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and related logistics and reporting
•Use data and analytics to support decision-making and improve communication outcomes
