IAM L3 Architect

Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) L3 Architect to lead the build, development, and security enhancements within our client's IAM infrastructure. This pivotal role demands a professional with a deep understanding of IAM principles, a strong background in leading complex IAM initiatives, and the ability to resolve advanced technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• IAM Leadership & Development: Lead the IAM build, development, and security enhancements for critical systems.
• Authentication & Governance: Configure and manage diverse authentication mechanisms, including MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), SSO (Single Sign-On), LDAP, SAML, and SCIM. Oversee lifecycle governance and ensure robust IAM policy compliance.
• L3 Escalation & Best Practices: Handle all L3 escalations, providing expert resolution for complex IAM issues. Ensure the implementation and adherence to IAM best practices.
• Security Integration: Integrate new and advanced security solutions into the existing IAM ecosystem.
• Platform Expertise: Apply strong skills across key IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, and SailPoint.
• Risk Management: Implement effective IAM risk management strategies to mitigate security vulnerabilities.

Skills

• Extensive experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management).
• Strong capabilities in IAM build, development, and security enhancements.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing MFA, SSO, LDAP, SAML, and SCIM.
• Expertise in lifecycle governance and IAM policy compliance.
• Proven ability to handle L3 escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IAM Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
