Role Overview: The IAM Platform Consultant provides architectural leadership and strategic oversight for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. The role focuses on designing secure, scalable identity solutions, governing IAM capabilities, and guiding delivery teams to align IAM services with business and security objectives. Primary Skill Set:

• IAM architecture and solution design
• Authentication and authorization (SSO, MFA, Federation)
• Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver)
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• PKI and Secrets Management
• Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
• IAM platform governance and standards Secondary Skill Set:
• IAM strategy and roadmap development
• Technical design reviews and assurance
• Requirements prioritization
• Task assignment and delivery oversight
• Resource planning and allocation
• Stakeholder and vendor management
• Security, risk, and compliance alignment
• Define and drive IAM strategic direction and architecture
• Design end-to-end IAM solutions across workforce and customer identities
• Review and approve IAM designs, integrations, and implementations
• Establish IAM standards, governance models, and best practices
• Prioritize IAM initiatives and translate requirements into delivery plans
• Guide engineering teams through task assignment and technical direction
• Ensure IAM platforms meet security, scalability, and compliance requirement
