Assess, design, and implement IAM solutions including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM).
Configure and manage IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk, or Oracle Identity Manager.
Develop IAM policies, standards, and procedures to enforce security and compliance requirements.
Perform access reviews, user provisioning/deprovisioning, and role management to ensure least privilege access.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to integrate IAM with enterprise applications, cloud services, and on-premise systems.
Conduct risk assessments and support audit and compliance activities related to identity and access controls.
Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging threats, and new IAM technologies.

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or IT security consulting roles.
Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms like Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts: authentication (MFA, SSO), authorization, identity lifecycle management, and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, or NIST.
Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or CompTIA Security+.
Experience with cloud IAM and security platforms (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM).
Familiarity with Zero Trust security models and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Knowledge of API security and integration with IAM solutions.
Experience working in Agile or DevSecOps environments.
