IAM + Azure Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to application modernization projects by supporting multiple customers with environment support and cloud environment monitoring (e.g. AWS, Azure).
• Manage access in Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Analyze requests, finalize details, and prepare changes for non-standard requests.
• Work with Directory Services (AD on-prem and Azure AD).
• Support authentication services, privileged access management services, lifecycle management services, user management services, and zero trust access management services.

• AWS:
• AWS SSO / Identity Center including AWS fedroles
• AWS IAM including programmatic accounts
• AWS Organizations and Policies
• Azure Cloud:
• Azure AD – Users
• Azure AD – Static, dynamic (attribute-based), and synced groups
• Azure AD – Service Principals and Enterprise Applications setup
• Azure AD – SCIM provisioning toward apps
• Azure RBAC
• Azure Management Groups
• Azure Cloud Identity or Access automation knowledge is preferred

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an Identity and Access Management (IAM) related role
• Strong understanding of identity provisioning concepts (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences
• Experience working with ServiceNow in a Cloud IAM context
• Understanding of cloud security fundamentals (network, infrastructure, and application security)
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible to work global hours
