IAFA Hunter – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory
Job Description
• Acquire new clients (logos) within the BFSI sector for Internal Audit and Financial Advisory services
• Leverage a strong network of CXO-level relationships (CFOs, CROs, Heads of Audit) to drive business opportunities
• Convert existing relationships into active service engagements within defined timelines
• Achieve annual revenue targets of INR 10 Crores through strategic sales initiatives
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align audit and advisory solutions with regulatory requirements of banks and NBFCs
• Lead commercial negotiations for long-term managed services and retainer-based audit contracts
• Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities in financial risk and IPO-readiness advisory services
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships within the BFSI domain
