Job Description
- Supervise, support, and evaluate trainer performance, including support personnel.
- Responsible for end-to-end training coordination including blocking training
- rooms, arrange logistics and procurement of training needs.
- Collecting feedback and provide inputs to trainers and stakeholders.
- Maintaining up-to-date training trackers
- Handling internal accounts, reimbursement for the claims for the associates, who
- has submitted the training availed bills from external vendors
