HVAC Senior Design Engineer

• Lead or act as Area Lead on projects, delivering complex HVAC engineering assignments across industries such as pharma, cleanrooms, data centers, and semiconductors.

• Develop and review project estimates, schedules, progress reports, and workforce forecasts.

• Establish, track, and monitor material quantities and provide analysis and forecasts.

• Develop and review technical specifications and design criteria.

• Perform and validate engineering calculations, specify equipment, and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Design HVAC systems including heat and cooling load calculations, ventilation calculations, energy recovery, and pressure drop analysis.

• Develop HVAC flow diagrams, P&IDs, system sequences, and control philosophies.

• Design cleanroom mechanical systems including AHUs, FFUs with HEPA/ULPA filtration.

• Work on systems such as chillers, DX systems, exhaust systems, VOC abatement, and fire/smoke exhaust systems.

• Participate in procurement activities including RFQ/RFP preparation, bid evaluation, and vendor submittal reviews.

• Support construction activities including equipment testing and installation reviews.

• Mentor and develop team members through training, performance feedback, and knowledge sharing.
