HVAC Engineer

• Perform system design calculations including heat/cooling load, ventilation, energy recovery, and airside/waterside pressure drops

• Prepare HVAC flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, system sequence of operation, and control philosophy

• Consider space management and space allocation requirements

• Integrate sustainability and LEED considerations into HVAC design

• Support procurement and construction activities including scope of work, RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluations

• Review and approve supplier submittals and evaluate equipment shop testing requirements

• Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, team members, technologists, and peers

• Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships across project stakeholders
