- Ensure quality of installation at Project Sites.
- Effectively mobilize available resources and strive for on time project completion.
- PA Manpower Planning depending upon work load
- Equipment Testing for performance with reference to design and specifications.
- Ensure & implement Safe work practices at Project Sites.
- Constantly upgrade knowledge with latest developments in Construction / HVAC industry with respect to the technology, equipments, components, BMS, etc
- Ensure smooth handing-over projects, complete with all documentation, drawings, manuals, measurements, test reports, test certificates etc
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws
