Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Formulate, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations applicable to spinning mills
  • Handle industrial relations, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution
  • Oversee wage administration, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Plan and implement training and development programs for skill enhancement and productivity improvement
  • Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation for audits and management review
  • Support management in workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and retention strategies
  • Promote a positive work culture and ensure smooth coordination between management and employees
