Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Administer and oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Implement and execute HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct training programs on various HR-related topics.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Hiring top leadership for Non-IT roles.
  • Managing high-volume hiring and expansion growth plans
  • Work on retention plans for top talent via timely recognitions, corrections, and ESOP recommendations
  • Leading the Annual engagement plan
  • Design succession plans and internal promotion policies.
  • Create and Launch Policies like
  • Grievance policy, revamped and re-launched
  • Rewards & Recognition policy, leave policy
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention - Partner with Business Units and drive initiatives to control attrition and ensure strong retention of top talents.
