Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Administer and oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Implement and execute HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Conduct training programs on various HR-related topics.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Hiring top leadership for Non-IT roles.
- Managing high-volume hiring and expansion growth plans
- Work on retention plans for top talent via timely recognitions, corrections, and ESOP recommendations
- Leading the Annual engagement plan
- Design succession plans and internal promotion policies.
- Create and Launch Policies like
- Grievance policy, revamped and re-launched
- Rewards & Recognition policy, leave policy
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention - Partner with Business Units and drive initiatives to control attrition and ensure strong retention of top talents.
