Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Administer and oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Implement and execute HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Conduct training programs on various HR-related topics.
Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Hiring top leadership for Non-IT roles.
Managing high-volume hiring and expansion growth plans
Work on retention plans for top talent via timely recognitions, corrections, and ESOP recommendations
Leading the Annual engagement plan
Design succession plans and internal promotion policies.
Create and Launch Policies like
Grievance policy, revamped and re-launched
Rewards & Recognition policy, leave policy
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention - Partner with Business Units and drive initiatives to control attrition and ensure strong retention of top talents.
