Human Resources Executive – Darkstore & Quick Commerce
Job Description
• Drive high-volume hiring for darkstore staff, delivery riders, warehouse teams, and shift managers
• Partner with operations teams to meet real-time staffing requirements
• Design and implement onboarding and orientation programs
• Plan workforce requirements based on business demand, peak hours, and expansion
• Coordinate shift scheduling and optimize workforce utilization
• Act as first point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution
• Implement employee engagement initiatives such as rewards and incentive programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, EHS standards, and company policies
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
• Handle disciplinary actions and internal investigations
• Define KPIs and support performance management processes
• Coordinate training programs, safety drills, and SOP refreshers
• Develop succession planning strategies for key operational roles
• Generate HR reports on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and hiring metrics
• Use HR data insights to improve workforce planning and retention
