• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth
• Partner with senior leadership and the CEO to drive strategic HR initiatives
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
• Oversee compensation structures and employee benefits programs
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company regulations
• Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
• Manage HR information systems for employee data and HR operations
• Track HR metrics and generate reports to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives
• Identify HR-related risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support succession planning and long-term talent management strategies
