Human Resource Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (e.g., Banking, BPO, etc.).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines, ensuring timely updates and smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Prior experience in Banking, BPO, or IT recruitment preferred .
• Basic understanding of Non-IT job roles and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
