Key Responsibilities:

• Understand technical job requirements and role expectations.
• Source and screen candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and pipelines.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
