Human Resource Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Human Resource Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed about recruitment best practices, industry trends, and labor laws.

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in hiring is a plus.
