Human Resource Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals across various technologies and domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within tight timelines.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and internal database.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates to candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and trackers regularly.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Stay updated on latest technology trends and market movements in the IT recruitment industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3.5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (contract/permanent staffing).
• Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and terminologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Recruitment experience in both domestic and international markets is a plus.
