Human Resource Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage bulk hiring for our Dahisar location. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in high-volume recruitment, excellent sourcing strategies, and strong communication skills. This role is pivotal in supporting our rapid workforce expansion requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for blue-collar and entry-level white-collar roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, field visits, local vendors, and social media.
• Conduct initial screening via phone or face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate interview drives and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for future requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with operation teams to understand manpower needs.
• Ensure recruitment within TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Manage walk-in interviews at the office or client site.
• Follow up with candidates until they join.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in mass/bulk recruitment
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and local hiring channels
• Ability to meet aggressive targets under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree (Preferred: BBA, BMS, BCom, or related fields)
• MBA in HR is an added advantage
