Job Description

The Human Resource Partner (HRP) is responsible for managing employee relations and the employee life cycle within the company. The key responsibilities include:

  • Handholding of new employees, providing guidance and support during their onboarding process.
  • Employee counseling and grievance handling, ensuring a positive work environment and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and activities, promoting a productive and motivated workforce.
  • Handling of all employee queries and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Managing attrition and implementing strategies to reduce turnover.

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • 6-12 months of experience in employee relations.
  • Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi must be comfortable for Noida sec 125.
  • Knowledge of attrition, RAG Analysis, and the contribution of ESIC and PF in terms of Employee and Employer.
