Job Description

We are looking for a contract professional to join our HR Services Delivery Center supporting EMEA HR Operations. The role focuses on employee query management, HR data accuracy, and end-to-end support across employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve employee and manager queries within defined SLA.
  • Maintain accurate and updated HR data in systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Support Employee Life Cycle processes such as onboarding, benefits processing, transfers, rewards, and offboarding.
  • Own and close data administration requests, including follow-ups for missing information and approvals.
  • Adhere to Desktop Procedures / Knowledge Base for all transactions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Maker-Checker process and conduct regular data quality checks.
  • Work with high data sensitivity, maintaining data privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Services / HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems: SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday (any).
  • Graduation is mandatory; Post-Graduation preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Exposure to CRM tools (ServiceNow, Microsoft CRM, Siebel, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined guidelines.
  • Ability to work in European shift timings.
  • Team player with the ability to meet service-level commitment
