Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage employee lifecycle, including promotions, transfers, exits, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, legal regulations, and internal policies
  • Lead training, development, and performance appraisal processes to enhance employee skills and engagement
  • Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related matters
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and dashboards for management review
  • Collaborate with management to plan workforce strategies, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives
