Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of HR functions, with a strong focus on HR operations and labor law compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HR policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
