- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with respective heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active networking, job portals, referrals, and campus recruitment.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job boards to achieve hiring targets.
