Human Resource Intern

 About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy IT Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is ideal for recent graduates from a Computer Science background who are eager to explore the world of technical recruitment and gain hands-on experience in sourcing top tech talent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements
• Source candidates using platforms like Job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and interviewers
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
• Assist in employer branding initiatives 
• Stay updated on tech trends and talent market dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
