Position Details:

• Experience Required: 3-6 months of relevant experience (preferred in a consultancy company)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Location: Work from Home
• Duration: 3-6 months

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Profile Sourcing:

• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels to identify and source profiles for Sales and Tech roles.

2. Candidate Engagement:

• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to evaluate alignment with job descriptions and suitability for roles.

3. Mock Interviews:

• Facilitate mock interviews for Business Development Associate positions, providing candidates with feedback and guidance for improvement.

Requirements

• A strong interest in HR and recruitment.
• Familiarity with sourcing candidates via social media and professional networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct professional and constructive interviews.
