Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in payroll management and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee data and ensure accurate payroll calculations and processing

• Coordinate salary processing, including statutory compliance and reporting

• Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRIS systems

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, HR Generalist including internal tasks as per business requirements

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and operations

• Support the implementation of HR processes and initiatives

B com/M com/MBA/ PG
