Job Description
Recruitment & Hiring
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
• Liaise with recruitment vendors and job portals
Vendor Management
• Handle empanelment and coordination with HR-related vendors (staffing agencies, background verification, payroll vendors, etc.)
• Ensure vendor deliverables are met as per agreed SLAs
• Process vendor documentation and maintain records
Statutory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations
• Maintain statutory registers and records
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for inspections and filings
• Support audits related to HR and compliance
Employee Grievance Management
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
• Conduct investigations and support resolution in coordination with management
• Promote a healthy and positive work environment
• Ensure disciplinary processes are followed as per company policy
