Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with at least 7 years of experience in the construction equipment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in HR and will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including performance management, organizational change, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Drive and manage the performance appraisal process to ensure employee performance is aligned with business goals.
- Organizational Change Initiatives: Support and lead change management efforts to help the organization adapt to new strategies and processes.
- HR Projects: Manage and implement various HR-related projects, from process improvement to system implementation.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in compliance with company policies.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and recruiting to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
Skills Required
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in an HRBP role, with experience in the construction equipment manufacturing OEM industry.
- Qualification: MBA (HR).
- Proficiency in Performance Management systems and processes.
- Experience in leading and supporting Organizational Change Initiatives.
- Strong project management skills for various HR projects.
- Knowledge of Compensation & Benefit structures.
- Proven ability to drive Employee Engagement and talent acquisition strategies.
