Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Oversee training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability building.
- Administer compensation and benefits processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring effective communication.
- Ensure statutory and HR compliance across all HR functions in alignment with legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Facilitate internal and external audits by preparing documentation, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring zero deviations.
- Maintain and update HR data using HRIS tools such as Zoho HRMS and Excel.
- Prepare timely HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Provide administrative support for smooth HR operations and employee services.
