Teamware Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented HTML5/CSS3 Developer to craft engaging and responsive user interfaces for our web applications. You'll be crucial in transforming design mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible, and high-performance front-end experiences, ensuring an excellent visual and interactive journey for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop semantic HTML5 structures and style modern web pages using CSS3 (including Flexbox, Grid, animations, and transitions).
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure applications look and function seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to translate visual designs into functional code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize front-end assets for maximum performance and faster loading times.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following established coding standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Integrate front-end markups with JavaScript frameworks or back-end systems as required.
• Troubleshoot and debug styling and layout issues across different browsers and devices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HTML5/CSS3 Developer or Front-End Developer with a strong focus on markup and styling.

Skills Required:

• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5 (semantic elements, accessibility features).
• Mastery of CSS3, including advanced concepts like Flexbox, Grid Layout, custom properties (variables), transitions, animations, and media queries for responsive design.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS/LESS is a plus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for basic interactivity and DOM manipulation.
• Proficiency with browser developer tools for debugging and inspection.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect implementation capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, Parcel).
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with UI component libraries or design systems.
