HRSD Functional Manager ServiceNow

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Product Owner for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, representing People and Operations team requirements to Technology teams.
• Partner with Digital Operations Manager and Product Owner to deliver large-scale ServiceNow HRSD initiatives.
• Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements; ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT); escalate defects for prioritization.
• Drive issue prioritization to support efficient decision making.
• Recommend opportunities for process improvement in HRSD platform.
• Coordinate with Product Owner, Change team, and PMO to ensure timely resolution, effective change management, and milestone delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1013 years of experience in workflow/process development within HR Technology (preferably ServiceNow HRSD).
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams and global environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
• Good to Have: ServiceNow CSA Certification.
• Preferred: ServiceNow CIS – ITSM or HRSD.
