HRIS Specialist – Talent Acquisition
Job Description
• Act as key technical support for Talent Acquisition initiatives, including iCIMS ATS global rollouts and enhancements.
• Configure enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with iCIMS technical support and integration teams.
• Ensure requirements, fixes, and testing processes are clearly documented and implemented effectively.
• Partner with HRIS staff to roll out system changes and produce full development cycle documentation.
• Coordinate across modules, integrations, and application teams to validate fixes and enhancements.
• Support UAT, patching, upgrades, and governance processes while communicating updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage resources and operations across global locations and time zones as required.
