Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Business Partnering:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and business managers on HR matters.
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives and organizational culture.
  • Suggest and implement new HR strategies to improve performance and engagement.
  • Partner with HR leadership on organizational transformation and succession planning.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
  • Manage employee retention strategies and analyze attrition trends.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit management processes.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Collaborate with the central Talent Acquisition team for recruitment.
  • Support executive hiring and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on workforce metrics and succession planning.

Performance & Development:

  • Consult with line managers to provide daily HR guidance.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

HR Operations & Metrics:

  • Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies and best practices.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate HR reporting and documentation.
