Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and business managers on HR matters.
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives and organizational culture.
- Suggest and implement new HR strategies to improve performance and engagement.
- Partner with HR leadership on organizational transformation and succession planning.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
- Manage employee retention strategies and analyze attrition trends.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit management processes.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with the central Talent Acquisition team for recruitment.
- Support executive hiring and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Monitor and report on workforce metrics and succession planning.
Performance & Development:
- Consult with line managers to provide daily HR guidance.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
HR Operations & Metrics:
- Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies and best practices.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate HR reporting and documentation.
